The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Lee Bastow from Clachan on completing her second charity Kiltwalk in 2024, raising more than £3,300 for charity; notes that Lee took on the 15-mile Glasgow Kiltwalk in April and has also completed the almost 12-mile walk in Edinburgh in September; understands that Lee took on the challenges to raise money for the Mairi Semple Cancer Fund, which is a charity that provides financial support to people in the Kintyre area who are living with cancer; notes that the Kiltwalk was launched by Sir Tom Hunter to raise funds for Scottish charities and projects, and is held annually with various walk lengths, locations and dates to choose from, and praises the dedication that Lee has shown to complete both challenges and raise so much for a fantastic charity.
