Findhorn Bay Arts Festival Window Wonderland

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Findhorn Bay Arts and Forres Area Business Association on the success of the Findhorn Bay Arts Festival, which ran from 20 to 29 September 2024; notes the particular success of the  "window wonderland", which saw art work displayed and lit up in the windows of many businesses on Forres High Street; understands that many people were drawn to the area during the hours of darkness to admire the art; recognises that this was the fifth consecutive year of the festival, and wishes everyone involved further success for future years as they continue to enhance the local area with their work.
