Memorial Service to Honour Fallen Defenders of Ukraine
The motion
That the Parliament notes the memorial service, Honoring the Fallen Defenders, held in Glasgow Cathedral, which, it understands, was organised by theUkrainian community of Glasgow in memory of family, friends and fellowUkrainians whose lives have been lost during the war resulting from theinvasion by the Russian state, and believes that the Ukrainian community inGlasgow worked hard to ensure that the words of reflection and reading from theBook of Remembrance, and also the performance of the Ukrainian choir, Solo Way,created what was seen by all in attendance as a fitting memorial for all theloss suffered in Ukraine.
