Congratulating Loch Bay on Being Named AA Restaurant of the Year

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Loch Bay Restaurant on the Isle of Skye on being named the AA Restaurant of the Year for Scotland at the AA Hospitality Awards in London; recognises chef-proprietor Michael Smith and his team for their dedication to promoting Scottish cuisine and hospitality, and commends the restaurant for its commitment to quality, sustainability and innovation in the industry.
