Congratulating Kirsty Rafferty on 20 Years of Service

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Kirsty Rafferty on being awarded her 20 Years of Service Award from the Scottish Parliament for her stellar work in the Garden Lobby coffee bar; acknowledges that she started working at the parliamentary coffee bar on 22 November 2004; recognises that Kirsty’s excellence has previously been awarded in 2015, when she won Sodexo’s national barista competition; commends Kirsty for her personal approach, outstanding customer service, as well as her attention to detail both in her terrific coffees as well as her famous Halloween decorations, and wishes Kirsty all the best in the future.
