Duncan Scott Appointed OBE

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Duncan Scott MBE on being appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) for services to swimming; notes that Duncan has, for around a decade, been on the high-performance programme at the University of Stirling, which, it understands, is Scotland’s University for Sporting Excellence, and further commends Duncan and all his University of Stirling team and coaches on their exemplary sporting achievements.
