Loch Fyne Candles Opens First Shop in Tarbert, Argyll

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Carolyn and Gary Cairns on recently opening the new Loch Fyne Candles shop in Tarbert, Argyll; understands that they received support from Business Gateway, which helped in securing funding and giving advice on marketing and branding, leading them to develop their business to the point where they have been able to open a physical store, having initially operated their business, which was established in November 2023, through a website and selling from home; acknowledges that Carolyn and Gary were successful in securing a UK Shared Prosperity Fund grant with the help of Business Gateway to support the next stage of their business, and wishes Carolyn and Gary every possible success with their business in the future.
