Trio of Mid Argyll Businesses Secure Wins at 21st Hotels of the Year Awards

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates three businesses from the Mid Argyll area on their success at what it sees as the prestigious National Hotels of the Year Scotland awards in Glasgow in February 2025; understands that the George Hotel in Inveraray won the National Inn of the Year award, as well as the Regional Whisky Bar of the Year title; recognises that Brambles of Inveraray secured the Casual Dining of the Year category and Loch Fyne Hotel and Spa picked up the Rural Spa Hotel of the Year award; acknowledges the hard work that everyone involved with all of the winners puts into the successful running of each business, especially given the ever-challenging climate for many small and medium-sized businesses in rural Scotland, and wishes the George Hotel, Brambles of Inveraray and the Loch Fyne Hotel and Spa all the very best for the future.
