Stirling and District Classic Car Club's Annual Show 2025

The motion

That the Parliament welcomes the news that the Stirling and District Classic Car Club 2025 Annual Show for charity is scheduled to take place on 11 May 2025; acknowledges that the club was formed in 2000 and that its first show for charity took place in 2005; understands that there was a show in May each year until 2020 and 2021, which were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic; acknowledges that all shows have been staged at Strathallan Games Park, Bridge of Allan, and that the event has been an ever-growing event since its inception, with over 800 vehicles registered to attend in 2024, from 47 different car clubs; understands that, to date, the club has donated show proceeds totalling over £130,000 to over 60 local charities; commends the Stirling and District Car Club, its members, show entrants and all visitors in this regard, for their magnanimous contributions, and wishes everyone involved all the very best for this and continued success for many more events.
