The Honeybee Bakery Celebrates 10th Anniversary
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates The Honeybee Bakery, based in Milngavie, on marking its 10th anniversary in April 2025; understands that it is an artisan bakery that provides a wide range of delicious cakes, traybakes, pastries and bread, including vegan options, with custom made cakes for special events; notes that owner, Vittoria Capaldi, has been baking her whole life and at the age of 18, studied at The National Bakery School in London while working part time at Fortnum and Mason; welcomes that, in 2015, Vittoria was awarded East Dunbartonshire’s Young Business Person of the Year; congratulates Vittoria and The Honeybee Bakery on 10 years of sweet success, and wishes them all the best for the coming years.
