2025 Inverkeithing Citizen of the Year Jointly Awarded

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Ian Walker and Sarah McKinney on being jointly awarded the 2025 Inverkeithing Citizen of the Year Award by Inverkeithing Community Council; notes that the award has been made in recognition of their outstanding contribution to Inverkeithing and years of dedicated service cultivating community, nature and belonging in the heart of the town; recognises that both Ian and Sarah have devoted thousands of volunteers hours over the course of their 18 and 14 years respectively, and believes that this honour is very well deserved.
