Symbiosis Wins King’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade Category

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Symbiosis Pharmaceutical Services, which is based in Stirling, on winning the prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise in the international trade category in 2025; understands that this award is regarded as one of the highest honours available to UK businesses; acknowledges that Symbiosis has achieved sustained growth in overseas markets, delivering specialist pharmaceutical manufacturing services across the world; applauds what it sees as the role of the company in supporting Scotland’s reputation as a global leader in life sciences and advanced manufacturing, contributing to innovation, investment, high-quality jobs and economic growth; notes the importance of such success in strengthening Scotland’s international trading links and competitiveness, and wishes Symbiosis every continued success as it builds on this achievement and as Scotland continues to promote excellence in life sciences, research and enterprise.
