Robert White Wins the Best Grassroots Referee Award

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Robert White, who works in the Parliament's mailroom,on being named Best Grassroots Referee at the SFA South East Region awards;acknowledges that Robert has been a long-term and valued member of the SFA;commends him on what it sees as the tremendous work that he does in boththe Parliament and with grassroots football; understands that he is renownedfor being a great referee and a positive influence, and wishes Robert all thebest going forward.
