Sheila Gilmore of VisitArran Wins Individual of the Year at Visit Scotland Thistle Awards 2025
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Sheila Gilmore of VisitArran on being named the Individual of the Year at the VisitScotland Thistle Awards 2025; recognises what it sees as her outstanding personal contribution to promoting Arran as a destination and supporting the island’s tourism businesses; notes her long-standing commitment to strengthening community and industry links; commends Sheila for her dedication and leadership, and wishes her continued success in her work championing tourism on the Isle of Arran.
