Kenmore District Revitalisation Shortlisted for SURF Award

That the Parliament congratulates Kenmore and District Community Council on the Kenmore District Revitalisation project being shortlisted for a prestigious award; notes that it has been shortlisted in the Improving Scotland’s Places category of the 2025 SURF (Scotland’s Regeneration Forum) Awards for Best Practice in Community Regeneration, which identify and celebrate best practice, innovation and achievement in interventions that improve Scottish communities; further notes that Kenmore and District Community Council has been working with partners including public agencies, voluntary bodies and local businesses to make a concerted effort to improve Kenmore’s amenities and attractiveness for residents and visitors, and wishes the community council all the best for the awards, which take place on 4 December 2025.
