Youth Community Support Agency, Pollokshields and Govanhill Youth Work

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Youth Community Support Agency, which is in Glasgow, on receiving £20,000 from National Lottery Awards for All Scotland; notes that the funding will deliver youth work activities for 7–18 year olds in Pollokshields and Govanhill; acknowledges the National Lottery for supporting targeted youth outreach; recognises the importance of culturally sensitive youth provision; understands that this strengthens opportunities and safety for young people in Glasgow, and congratulates the agency.
