Fernhill Kids Playscheme, Holiday Activities for Families

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Fernhill Kids Playscheme, in Glasgow, on receiving £10,000 from National Lottery Awards for All Scotland; understands that the grant will fund activities and trips during school holidays for children and families; acknowledges the National Lottery for supporting enriching out-of-school programmes; recognises what it sees as the importance of accessible holiday provision for family wellbeing; understands the difference such schemes make to low-income families across Glasgow, and commends the playscheme.
