Values Into Action Scotland, Peer-led Support for Learning Disabilities and Autism
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Values Into Action Scotland, which is in Glasgow, on receiving £178,765 from Fairer Life Chances; notes that the funding will support lived-experience led, peer-identified activities for people with learning disabilities and autism; acknowledges Fairer Life Chances for backing person-centred, peer-led services; recognises the importance of co-designed supports in promoting independence; understands that this investment will improve access to meaningful activities across Glasgow, and commends Values Into Action.
