That the Parliament celebrates the retirement of Ray McBain, owner of the Rose Bowl florists in Stonehaven, after 29 years of dedicated service to the local community; notes that Ray has been a valued part of Stonehaven life, providing flowers and arrangements with care and creativity; understands that she has generously supported colleagues and friends by wrapping hampers at a discounted rate, always ensuring that they looked their very best; applauds her commitment, skill, and the personal touch she has brought to her business over nearly three decades; notes that her retirement marks the personal touch she has brought to her business over nearly three decades; further notes that her retirement marks the conclusion of a remarkable chapter for the town and for all who have benefited from her talents, and wishes Ray all the best for the future and hopes her retirement brings happiness and success.
