Celebrating Ageing Scotland
The motion
That the Parliament commends the Ageing Well programme and its positive effect in improving the health of over 50s in Midlothian North; notes that the Ageing Well programme comprises a range of activities aimed at getting over 50s active; further notes that the programme is ran by several volunteers who are committed to improving the health of over 50s in Midlothian North; understands that it is a partnership between NHS Lothian and Midlothian Council aiming to set up new activities and signpost to activities in the local area, and commends this important service and the volunteers who make it possible.
