Deepsea Annual Fundraiser

That the Parliament congratulates Deepsea, based in Motherwell, on the success of Deepsea Day 2026 and commends the organisers for their outstanding community effort; congratulates all those involved in raising £1,000 for Glasgow’s Royal Hospital for Children, in conjunction with the charity, Forever 7 Zac; recognises the generosity, kindness and community spirit of everyone who attended, donated, volunteered or supported the event in any way; understands that every penny raised was made possible through the goodwill of the local community; notes the importance of grassroots fundraising initiatives in supporting what it sees as vital healthcare services and charitable causes; celebrates the success of Deepsea Day in bringing people together to make a meaningful difference, and thanks all involved for their contribution and commitment.
