Celebrating the Educational and Community Values of Tollcross Farm
The motion
That the Parliament recognises the continued success of Tollcross Farm as one of Glasgow’s most valued free family attractions; notes that the farm provides educational opportunities for children and families to learn about animals, farming and biodiversity in an accessible environment; commends the dedication of its staff in caring for the animals and maintaining a welcoming facility for visitors from across Scotland; acknowledges the important role that the farm plays in promoting outdoor learning, wellbeing and community engagement within Tollcross Park, and wishes everyone involved continued success in preserving and developing this much-loved local asset for future generations.
