Data Protection Bill [HL]

Lord Moynihan moved amendment 31, in Schedule 1, page 124, line 14, at end to insert: “( ) The references in sub-paragraph (1) to a body or association that is responsible for eliminating doping in sport are to be read as references to UK Anti-Doping (UKAD), its successor bodies or a body designated by the Secretary of State. ( ) The Secretary of State must by regulations made by the affirmative resolution procedure specify— (a) the relationship between UKAD and other sporting bodies and associations, and (b) the powers and responsibilities of UKAD, under this paragraph.” The House divided:
