Lord Trefgarne moved, as an amendment to the motion that the House do now resolve itself into a Committee on the bill, at end to insert “but regrets that the bill is proceeding notwithstanding that the recommendations set out in the report of the Lord Speaker’s committee on the size of the House have not yet been implemented.” The House divided:
