Lord Robathan moved, as an amendment to the motion in the name of Baroness Hayter of Kentish Town, to leave out from “Commons,” to the end and to insert “notes that more than one day is required for this House to have sufficient time to scrutinise the European Union (Withdrawal) (No.5) Bill received from the House of Commons that has had less than one day of consideration in that House, and had not been received by this House by the end of business on 3 April.” The House divided:
