It was moved by the Baroness Buscombe, in Schedule 1, page 110, line 38, at end to insert: “Educational establishments The provision of any entertainment or entertainment facilities in the premises of an educational establishment for the purposes directly connected to the activities of the establishment is not to be regarded as the provision of regulated entertainment for the purposes of this Act.”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
