Regional Assemblies (Preparations) Bill

It was moved by the Lord Hanningfield, in Clause 17, page 12, line 5, at end to insert: “( ) a majority of those voting in each county area voted in favour of an elected regional assembly,”; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
