It was moved by the Baroness Buscombe, as an amendment to the motion that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 62, to leave out from “that” to the end and insert “the House do disagree with the Commons in their amendment but do propose amendment 62A in lieu thereof; which being objected to, the question was put thereupon, and the House divided:
