Create an official new Bank Holiday for when the Covid-19 ends in the UK

Rejected 12 signatures

What the petition asks

We would like the government to consider to create an official Bank Holiday date for when the coronavirus ended in the UK so that the citizens of UK and residents could celebrate the ending of this.
Also this would be the day to remember the people who were supporting infected/ill people throughout this period such as the NHS healthcare workers, the over 250,000 volunteers who signed up to help the country to fight this pandemic. Lastly it could be a remembrance day when we hold a moment of silence for the people we have lost in this pandemic.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
