What the petition asks
I would like the Government and Parliament to put in place a new special bank holiday to celebrate victory over Covid-19 and as a thank you to all NHS, key workers and the British public.
We are currently experiencing one of the most significant events in living memory. Not since World War 2 has the country faced a greater danger. I believe, creating a day we can look forward to at the end, and indeed an annual event that remembers those we have lost, and thanks all who took part in the fight!
