What the petition asks

Create a new public holiday to celebrate and reflect upon the work the NHS, care providers and key workers have provided through the pandemic crisis.

I think the nation will need uplifting post Covid. Celebrating the NHS, care providers and key workers with a public holiday means everyone can celebrate and reflect what a fantastic job they have done at this time of national crisis.
