Make racists accountable for their online trolling by being prosecuted.

What the petition asks
I want the government to make each social media account linked to their I.D, address, etc. If abused online, police should be able to track these people down and charge them for their racist comments and abuse.
England football team are being racially abused currently. If people think they can do it to celebrities, they can do it to anyone. It is 2021 and racism should not be tolerated under any circumstance. People can easily make fake profiles and not be held accountable for their behaviour. This not only impacts racism, but all type of hate.
