Priorotise the homless rather than illegal migrants

What the petition asks

Help our homeless first before helping illegal migrants.
Provide housing by utilizing old married quarters that are vacant and provide training coarses to enable these people to give them back their dignity and enter society again.
By retraining these poor souls that habe fallen through the cracks and providing a safe secure home so that they can open a bank account this wouod be the first steps to bring them back in to society to be both productive and I am sure be grateful for a break in life.
