What the petition asks

Prime Ministers must serve a full term in office to receive the automatic PDCA of £115,000.
It is an abuse of taxpayer's money and does not incentivise politicians to conduct themselves in the manner to which the public expect.

The Public Duty Costs Allowance is not an automatic payment. It is claimable for reimbursement of incurred expenses for necessary office costs and secretarial costs arising from former Prime Minister's special position in public life.
