Follow Ireland and Spains laws when it comes to dogs

What the petition asks
Change law so people can keep their beloved pets, but to make everyone else safe. You must hold a licence and training to own certain type of dog. Any dog with potential to cause damage must always be muzzled in public and on a short lead. Owners to be charged for any crimes their dog might commt.
This way people can keep their beloved pets, but it will ensure that only responsible owners will be in charge of dogs. And these dogs need responsible owners and the rest of the public need to be able to feel safe.
