Army Uniform Contract

The motion

That the Parliament expresses concern over the decision by the Ministry of Defence (MoD) to award a contract for the supply of army uniforms to foreign firms rather than the Cumbernauld based firm, Edward MacBean; notes the quality record of Edward MacBean, and invites the MoD to support Scottish jobs and the Scottish manufacturing industry by reversing its decision.
