Cosmetic Shoeing on Clydesdale Horses
The motion
That the Parliament believes that the Scottish Executive should investigate, and introduce legislation to ban, the practice of shoeing Clydesdale Horses and other horse breeds with “couping shoes”, a type of shoe or device manufactured and fitted with the sole intention of altering the natural stance of the horse.
