Kenny Macintyre Sports Park Memorial Trust

The motion

That the Parliament supports the campaign of the Kenny Macintyre Sports Park Memorial Trust to create a lasting memorial to the late Kenny Macintyre; notes the ongoing fundraising efforts of the Trust including the sale of the Ali Abassi Joke Book in order to make the project a reality; urges Argyll and Bute Council to reaffirm its commitment to costing and part-funding the project, and calls upon all interested parties to work together to bring this project to a successful conclusion.
