Sickness Record at West Dunbartonshire Council
The motion
That the Parliament acknowledges the recent report by West Dunbartonshire Council regarding the absence and sickness record of staff there which reached 30,000 days lost in the first two quarters of 2000-01 and recommends a full investigation into low staff morale and the council’s management.
