Kate Kennedy Procession, St Andrews
The motion
That the Parliament commends the celebration of Scotland and Scottish and local history that takes place in the annual Kate Kennedy procession in St Andrews; applauds the men and women who took part in the April 2002 event, and trusts that the procession will continue to raise substantial funds for local charitable causes in Fife for many years to come.
