Heartstart Ayrshire and Arran
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Heartstart Ayrshire and Arran which celebrates having trained 30,000 members of the public in emergency life support since its inception in 1995; commends the dedication of the 66 volunteer instructors, and welcomes the British Heart Foundation’s schools initiative, enabling 106 teachers to be trained as instructors and young people from 24 schools in Ayrshire and Arran to be trained in emergency life support.
