Commonwealth Games 2014 in Stirling
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Scottish Executive on encouraging major world sporting events to come to Scotland; welcomes the benefits that will accrue to provincial towns and cities and all other areas of our country, and asks that Stirling is considered to provide hotel and training base facilities for the national sports teams competing in the Commonwealth Games 2014.
