Sale of Surplus Council Assets to Community Organisations
The motion
That the Parliament believes that it may be in the interests of the community as a whole for surplus council buildings or assets, on appropriate occasions, to be sold to community organisations at below market value, with reasonable conditions to ensure their continued use for the benefit of the community as a whole.
