North Lanarkshire Schools' Music Groups
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates all those taking part in the North Lanarkshire Schools’ Spring Concert on Monday 27 April 2009 in the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow; notes that this is the 9th such concert and will feature nine groups and 640 pupils; recognises the importance of school music tuition and performance for personal development and team building; welcomes North Lanarkshire Council’s commitment to music in schools; thanks all the staff and parents for their support, and wishes all pupils taking part the best of luck for this sell-out concert.
