Welcoming the Retention of the Inverclyde League of Hospital Friends
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates all the volunteers involved in the Inverclyde League of Hospital Friends, and the local community of Inverclyde, on their success in persuading NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde to reverse its previous decision and allow the League of Hospital Friends to continue its fantastic charity work of providing the tea bar service at Inverclyde Royal Hospital, raising funds to purchase vital additional equipment for the hospital and providing its vital volunteer transport service.
