Congratulations Jake Laing
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Jake Laing, a primary seven pupil at Balcurvie Primary School in Windygates, on his success at the Robert Burns World Federation National Festival; notes that Jake, who plays the accordion, came first in the P6/P7 instrumental category and was overall primary winner of all four disciplines, which made him Scottish Junior Burnsian; applauds Jake on his achievements and for his musical talent, and praises Balcurvie Primary School for encouraging its pupils to participate in and learn about Scottish culture.
