Congratulations to Special Constable Gregor Low
The motion
That the Parliament commends Special Constable (SC) Gregor Low for his commitment to community safety in Fife; recognises that, following an eight hour tour of duty, SC Low selflessly volunteered to help officers trace a missing elderly gentleman suffering from dementia in the Kirkcaldy area before finding the gentleman in a distressed state and comforting him until the ambulance arrived; notes that SC Low was praised by communities policing division head Chief Superintendant Tom Ewing for his actions, and believes that officers of the special constabulary play a vital role in providing
