The motion
As an amendment to motion S3M-07670 in the name of Michael Matheson (Green Bus Fund Good for Jobs in Camelon), after “Government” insert “, an idea pioneered by the previous UK Labour government, called for in a Labour MSP’s motion, S3M-5781, submitted on 17 February 2010 and overwhelmingly supported by the Parliament after a debate on Labour’s motion, S3M-5973, on 18 March 2010.”
