Edinburgh Airport, Best for Passenger Satisfaction
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Edinburgh Airport on being named best in Britain for passenger satisfaction and one of the three best airports in Europe at the Airport Service Quality Awards 2012; notes that this is the second year in a row that Edinburgh Airport has featured in the top three and that it was the only British airport to be included this year, and recognises what it considers the huge contribution made by the staff and management team in promoting Edinburgh as a destination and departure point, while maintaining extremely high standards of passenger satisfaction.
