The Voice Congratulations

That the Parliament congratulates Andrea Begley on winning The Voice and asks that every effort be made by those involved to try to ensure that one of her first public appearances be alongside what it considers the great Andrea Bocelli in an appearance at the new Hydro in Glasgow to show that expressions of sentiment in voice are as great as any other expression and that together they confirm that there are no boundaries when it comes to artistic excellence.
